WIth 44.7 sqm of space this heavy duty DIY timber double garage is the largest of our timber frame garages. With nearly 45 sqm of space this really is a substantial double garage with space for two cars and plenty more.

Similar to the Andre 21.5 sqm and Andre 28.5 sqm the garage is constructed using Quick Fit ready-made wall elements. These panels screw and slot together enabling a speedy construction as well as creating extremely wind and weather tight timber garage which is both sturdy and practical.

Other features include a plywood single door with metal kickplate, double glazed+ door and window units as well as 19mm roof boards. This timber garage comes with two sectional up and over doors as standard.

For roofing material we would advise using bitumen roof shingles as shown in optional extras. Standard roof felt can also be used but would not be as comprehensive a protection as the shingles. Once constructed it is imperative that the building is stained with a preservative stain or solid paint to ensure lasting protection against the elements.

Please note this building is supplied without floor kit although we are able to quote on one if required. This heavy duty DIY timber double garage really offers a very affordable and practical alternative to more traditional stone, brick or concrete garages. In our opinion it also looks a lot nicer!
