The Charlotte 21.5 sqm is one of our Scandinavian style buildings constructed with ready-made Quick Fit timber wall panels. These type of garden room are great in conditions that require a high degree of weather resistance with their in-built wind protection sheets which make them extremely wind and weatherproof.

This cabin, with its sturdy and practical design, would be great for a garden office  pool room or just party room! Features include Quick Fit ready-made panels which are 160mm thick (frame and cladding), double glazed+ windows and 19mm timber roof boards.

*Extra 57 x 165cm windows are available with this cabin – Please note however that the building comes as per the standard design and these windows will need to be cut in on site. If you are ordering our construction service this can be done at a cost of £15 per window but if you are constructing your own cabin you will need to do this yourself. Full advice on how to add extra windows on site to your cabin can be given on request.

The frame construction also allows for the possibility of insulating and lining the walls with a 95mm cavity giving ample space for insulation material. This can be done with either a plasterboard finish or timber tongue and groove finish. If GardenLife construct the cabin this is something we would be happy to quote on, or alternatively it can be fitted out by yourself or a local tradesmen.

This is the ultimate DIY garden room for those looking to create their own space at an affordable price. This cabin will need a preservative treatment applied once constructed.

What is included in the price? All prices cover free UK mainland delivery and VAT. Exceptions from free delivery include Northern Ireland, islands and more remote northern regions (please get in touch to check how much delivery costs for these areas).
