The mono pitch roof and Scandinavian style of the Annika 21.5 sqm timber garden room really give it a unique and modern look. As well as looking the part however this building is also very practical with its sturdy Quick Fit ready-made timber wall elements offering great wind and weatherproofing.

With 21.5 sqm of internal space this building offers ample room for a garden office, games room or outside teenage hangout space. Features include 160mm thick Quick Fit ready-made timber wall elements with wind proofing sheets that slot and screw together for easy construction. Other features include a plywood door, double glazed+ windows , 19mm floor and roof boards.

*Extra 57 x 165cm windows are available with this cabin – Please note however that the building comes as per the standard design and these windows will need to be cut in on site. If you are ordering our construction service this can be done at a cost of £15 per window but if you are constructing your own cabin you will need to do this yourself. Full advice on how to add extra windows on site to your cabin can be given on request.

This timber garden building has a frame construction which means it can also, if required, be internally lined and insulated with plasterboard or a timber cladding. If GardenLife are constructing the building then this is something we would be happy to quote on, or alternatively this could be fitted by a local tradesperson. The versatility of this cabin makes it a great buy for those looking to create their own unique space with the modular design offering multiple options for appearance. The cabin is supplied untreated so a preservative stain will need to be applied to the building once constructed and we would be happy to advise on the most suitable applications for this.

What is included in the price? All prices cover free UK mainland delivery and VAT. Exceptions from free delivery include Northern Ireland, islands and more remote northern regions (please get in touch to check how much delivery costs for these areas).
