Heidi (11.7 sqm) modern light garden room

This modern light garden room is the smaller version of the 19.7 sqm and 22.8 sqm models. Ideal for use as a garden office, it has all the great features without taking up quite so much space. Perfect perhaps for the slightly smaller garden where room to site your cabin can be an issue.

Features of this modern light garden room include 44mm solid log walls, full length double toughened windows and doors, and 19mm roof and floor boards. In terms of roofing material, this cabin comes with the option of either standard roof felt or rubber EPDM. We would recommend the EPDM as it provides a more comprehensive and weatherproof covering.

The Heidi 11.7 sqm garden room can also be supplied dip treated in one of three colour options; light brown, grey or clear dip. Giving your cabin factory dip treatment will ensure all timber parts receive a base protection from UV rays, insect and fungal attack. The building can also be supplied untreated but will need painting once constructed with a preservative stain or solid paint.

The cabin kit can be supplied for self assembly but can also offer a construction service if you are not in the mood for a DIY project.

What is included in the price? All prices cover free UK mainland delivery and VAT. Exceptions from free delivery include Northern Ireland, islands and more remote northern regions (please get in touch to check how much delivery costs for these areas).
