The modern self assembly Quick Fit design is based on pre-assembled timber wall elements made from 45mm x 70mm framing. This is then covered with 18mm external fine-sawn cladding, which is backed with wind protection plastic.

Inside, you can finish the interior of this modern timber garden room with plasterboard. You can also add insulation material, and this is easy to do during the self assembly process.

Included in the pack for this modern garden sunroom are metal-edged roof covering; metal water gutter and drainpipe; and a fixing kit. This modern garden room is designed for DIY construction, even if you don’t have advanced DIY skills. However, for the DIY-averse, there is the option of our on-site construction service, price on request.
